A: like "me" LOL the prospects are so motivating and carreer builders have open opportunities to start new projects and succeed in the domain they prefer we have a ministry of youth and cultural activities that pormot and encourage all sort of activities and also ENSJ minstry of employement which helps anyone who is ambitious and have ideas and project to realise the person needs to have his buisness plan and he submits his demand to this service including of course all the necessary details means the benefits and the fees ect.. so this service provides him with money and ideas and management from that person and he has to pay back those fees within 5years this is way most of algerian young ppl start their projects and 90% of those projects are so so successful others who are not interested in prject making they can have their official job in privat or national societies that's wat i think u're asking about
