A: I don't agree with the answer above. On the point of view of Algerian salaries, everything is expensive. It dependshow much you make, if you are going to make what the average Algerian makes, then the cosdt of living is one of the highest in the Middle East:/North African region. And no, not everybody builds houses, the poverty rate is extremely high.
