Q: Hello, We are going to import some goods from Algeria to India. We will be travelling from Algiers to Port of Annaba where goods will be loaded. How easy is it to communicate in English in Algeria? How can we travel from Algiers to Annaba? By Air? Any decent hotels to stay at Annaba?
