They cannot be extended to 10 years at once, but yes you can remain in any organization even more than 10 years. It all depends on how hard you work. 4) Inflation can be a pain in the @ss. But how much will it differ? Not that much. 5) You are eligible for pension only if you are a citizen, that is why you will be paid gratuity. It is instead of the pension. Gratuity is only for expats. 6) Yes you can change your job once you finish a contract. Your new employer will sponser you while the previous one has to cancel the residence permit.
