How much it will cost for a living in Manama for an Indian Family of 2 + 2 children?

Q: I am from India and joininig a company there in Bahrain. It will be helful to get the folloing tips. 1. Cost of Rent for 2 Bed room House, 2. cost of Monthly electricity and water bill, 3. cost of Grocery and fruits (food monthly), 4. cost of Education for 2 children at the age of 8 and 4 yrs old in CBSE (International) school. 5. Cost of Accident Insurance and Medical Insurance for all family members including myself.
