A: That's not a bad salary- like much of the Gulf, Bahrain can be very cheap or very expensive, depending on how you choose to live. Things like food (with the exception of imported food from the US & Europe) isn't much, nor are services like a cleaning lady. Rent is high though, so I would imagine you would either have to take a very small apartment, or share housing with other people.
