Q: I am moving to Bahrain in a couple weeks. I have 2 labrador retrievers that will eventually join me out there. Obviously they will have to spend some time outside running around and "doing their business" etc. I will be living in an apartment in the Manama/Jaffair area. 1. Do the local Bahraini people like dogs? 2. Are there places for bigger dogs to run and play freely? 3. Are they allowed on the beaches and in the water? They really love to swim. I will, of course, keep them leashed when walking and clean up their messes right away. I just want to know if people there generally like or dislike dogs.
A: its a free country well...almost...dogs are allowed on some beaches people here are tolerant of dogs...they jst dont allow them in restaurants or malls.......there are many places for them to run around in...except some parks... dnt worry abt it........if u are with your dogs and dont let them out of your site...you should be ok...im nt sayin d people here are viscious cuz their not but there has been a disgusting incident here involving a yorkie and some other stories.... ive got dogs....and they are fine... good luck
