A: Yes, if the case is tight on the defendants.. but still not swift, and that's too important. Edit: i just saw your answer on my question, so relating to the same subject and to answer your question, if system/society failed to bring justice AND i can't let go (it's according to the crime magnitude i.e. if one of my loved ones got kidnapped for a ransom (duh..lol) and was never harmed, physically, from the criminals, it's kinda different than a murder case or rape, you know what i mean!) then i think i will take justice in my hands!
