A: cuz Mohanad betrayed Noor with Nehal his old girl friend as he has a child from her Nehal was disapeared for a long time as they thought she was died but on the other hand she didnt die and she came back with wheel chair as she she can not walk ..... she came back to see Mohannad and after a 2 or 5 series he discovered he is a father for a child from her so he began to be nice to Nehal till she was recovered and can walk easily so once he went to her house drunk and stayed for the next day Noor discovered that so she began to be stabbron with him as he betryed her so Do you think he deserve the forgivness from Noor ? :)
