A: Broiled fill-A Fish steak (in egypt the boury fish is good, fill-A tilapia isn't bad ,i use it some times,also red snapper which is equivalent to mossa fish) marinate the fill-A fish w/ lemon,cumon,cilantro,paprica,a pinch of garlic powder and any spices you have in your kitchen like there's one named Adobo is really good. in a tray put 2 tea spoonfull of olive oil and add parceley ,green pepper,tomato slices and onion + the marinated fish put it in the oven on the highest degree for 10-15 min (you gotta watch it) .......that's it ..its done eat it w/ whole wheat toast and green salad but if you'll make a side of tahini sauce it may add up more calories overall time not more than 35 min.
