A: Fel Fel. Joining "Nady Elsayarat" has nothing to do with getting International License (IDD). You can get a license without joining the club. From memory, you need your Egyptian License and your passport and some personal photos (and money of course). You apply in Nady Elsayarat, but then you need some funny stamp from Traffic authority, then you go back and receive your license from Nady Elsayarat. It is one day job quite straightforward, but I have no idea why do I have to go from Tahrir to Rab3a El3adaweya to stamp and sign the papers then back to Tahrir !!!
