Q: Going to Egypt this Friday all inc, what does the local beer taste like? same with the spirits thanks
A: Local beer is great stuff, and so it should be they invented the stuff many thousands of years ago, in fact I worked in Egypt, Sinai for 5 years, a free beer ration was part of the deal, One crate per week 12 litres, not enough really. I don't recall any local spirits, but plenty of imported stuff. Glad you have got your questions about Egypt into perspective and avoided silly questions like mummies and pyramids. Have a good trip.
