A: If it is small amount of money and not on regular basis , they can money wire you cash money through Western Union ... no need to have a bank account If you would need it more frequent , i suggest having a PayPal account ... You open an account in any bank (you have to make a small search in 2 or three banks to choose the best deal) and then attach the paypal account to your bank account so when someone send you some money he uses the paypal number not your bank account number which is a little bit safer and in all cases be careful when dealing with your bank account number through the internet
