A: Contact Bar ilan, the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv University. I'm sure they have programs in medicine for English speakers. You should also try Kinneret College, I think they have a reflexology program and I'm pretty sure they have an American program there too, just not sure in what fields.
