Q: I just bought a charcoal grill, and I wanted to know which brand of charcoal sold in the USA will make my nyama choma taste just like kenyan nyama choma. Does anyone out there have a preference?
A: Good luck with that buddy. The best thing to do is use kingsford charcoal, then add some kingsford wood chips. You will have to try so many different types of charcoal. Walmart has the charcoal and wood chips. And don't forget the ugali.
