A: experience is the best reference. Go and travel to the countries you would like to work, and I mean Travel not hopping from luxury hotel to another. Do volunteer work, get to know and respect the locals + the local wisdoms/culture/ language and then if you get what the whole thing is about you stand a chance. Good luck!
