Q: i would like to know about the monthy expnese for living in SOHAR-Oman. monthy cost for, House rent -1BHk School fees monthly transportation cost & cost of second hand car food & milk etc;
A: dear sam I am in dubai now but I've been in Oman spec. Sohar for many years. Cost of living in Sohar is not that expensive as it is in Muscat. 1BHK will cost u round 160-180 OMR/- Monthly school fees is round 35 to 40 OMR/- + other school expenses per child. Transport may cost 100 Baisa per KM. You will get a nice second hand car in 800-1000 OMR (8-9 yrs old model). Milk , food and daily expenses will not cost more than 100 Rials per month. above all it depends on how u spend. dear you r free to ask me anything about sohar , I would be pleased to answer.
