How will Ethiopia manage to take full control of the Nile?

Q: Around 80% of the fresh water of the nile comes from ethiopia but it has very little control of it while egypt gets all of it so it's in egypt's interest in making ethiopia powerless. However, in the coming decades, Ethiopia will inevitably become stronger and powerful so egypt decided to counterbalance that by funding terrorist groups like eritrea and somalia to hinder peace/development. What should ethiopia do to fight back? should it fund extremists within egypt to create war also? . ethiopia has united with neighbouring countries because they also want a piece of the nile but should it make a secret deal with sudan to finally cut egypt out of a nile deal once and for all? As long as there's an egypt they will always be ethiopia's enemy but unfortuantely they get over 2 billion dollars a year plus advanced military equipment from the US so how should ethiopia go up against that even though historically ethiopia kicked egyptian ass all the time. Should ethio go to war w/egypt?

A: I suggest you do more OBJECTIVE research on the subject. Egypt doesn't support terrorism, nor they have the money to do so. They depend on the money they get from the US & the oil rich countries who only come when Egypt has real crisis (like the earthquick in 1992). On the other hand, I don't think Ethiopia should take full controle of the Nile. They can work it out with Egypt & Sudan like civilized. Those 3 countries have many intellegent & decent people, they can live together in peace!
