Q: I will be going to Syria in the next few months, and i was wondering if i could have a few words on it. I am five foot nine, blonde, blue eyed, and i know i will stand out. Will that be a problem for me?
A: noooooooo @the 2 first answers!!! Arab aren't as you think, come as you are and enjoy your travel!! and I suggest to visit Lebanon also! It is a wonderful country!! (you can go to Baalbek, Jbeil, Tyr, Saida, Byblos) and in the summer there are many great festival (beit el din Festival, byblos festival ......) if you are interested and you can visit the beaches!! and go to the mountains maybe to the cedars!! the is "wedeh annoubin!!) woooooooow and it is easy to arrive from syria anyway have a nice travel
