A: hello again, LOL I just boil the chicken, take the fat and nasty out, then i put bahrat, alot, then i let it boil for an hour, then i take the chicke out of the water, place it in a saneeya and crisp it in the oven, then i take rice i had soaked for an hour, and cook it with the chicked water. it comes out really good, i dont know if this is what kabsa is called, but that is what i think it is. sometimes i fry almonds and raisens and put them on top of the rice. with sarata na3ma
