Africa for 1 month what can i do about going to the toilet!?

Q: OK .. im off to africa for 1 month this summer and we are only allowed to go to the toilet like once every couple of days.. im not going to consider using imodium or anything like that because they make me feel ill, is there anyway that i can stop going to the toilet the full 2 times a day as i usually do? Thanks! and about the loads of toilets part.. im going trekking and camping in the middle of tanzania .. and we have been told that because we are in the middle of the desert and not going through any villages etc there will not be any toilets for several days at a time

A: My brother and his wife went trekking last year to Nepal. They had 7 people serving them. One was there to build a tent whenever one them had to use the bathroom. It is not possible to put mother nature on a couple of days. That can not be the rules because "mother nature" is out of your control. Of course you can regulate this "problem" by what you are eating. But you should be more concerned what kind of water you will drink and what kind of oil will be used for cooking. Anyway, you can't beat it. When you have to go you have to. No matter what. Have fun! edit: you do not need a toilett. In the desert you dig a hole and put the sand back after you're finished. The packers should have enough tents with them.
