A: It would be much, much, much better to fly. You can get a Turkish Airlines flight or a Saudi Airlines flight for cheap and be there in a couple of hours instead of risking your life on the roads. I drive several hundred kilometers a week in the Eastern province, and I've seen too many fatality accidents to recommend anyone drive here if they don't have to.
