A: I would say so. Lebanon is usually a very pleasent country, but I think things are maybe starting to settle down. Of course like at any place, you have to watch your back. And keep in mind that this is the Middle-East, and is very poor and corrupt. But I am going to visit my whole family in Lebanon, and I am not hesitating. Its a very industrialized country, and most of the MiddleEastern pop stars and movies come out of Lebanon. So I would say yes, GO! :-)
