A: Define native? There are alot of white people in Namibia, S.Africa, Zimbabwe and various north African countries. The ones in S.Africa have been there for 100-350+ years, is that native? I find it insulting when people will contend any non-African black cannot be considered "African", Lebanese, Germans/Dutch/British/Indians and Chinese have been in Africa for along time and yes, I would call them NATIVE if they are born and raised there.
