Q: I got a tazer/shock stick/skokstok what ever you call it as a present. I see it can "shoot" out 2 000 000 volts. Some one told me it is actually not the volts the kills a person but the amps (amperes)? Does any one know how it work and for how long you should shock or not shock some one before he dies? I do not want to kill a burglar but just give him a shock untill the armed response arrives?
