Q: My parents are now in Limpopo South Africa. In the house they are in there is a big snake in between the roof and the ceiling. So my mom saw it last night at 22h00. They closed the gap last night to sleep, but they can hear the snake moving on top there even today. Do some one have an idea how to get it out of there? Remember it is dark up there, and climbing there can be damn risky, since they do not know how big it is. They are telling me so far they do not know a shop that sell chemicals that can chase it away. Do some one knows a good chemical?

A: If possible, they should call the SPCA or ask the police to give them a number of someone who can help them with the snake. There are people qualified who work with and remove snakes from houses. If there is a reptile park around there, they should have someone who can help too. I wouldn't try to remove it myself. Too dangerous.
