Q: Thabo walks up to the tall and elegant Precious, a female employee in the Presidential office, each day. Making a point of standing very close to her, he draws a deep breaththrough his nose, pauses, smiles, and tells her : "Eish. Your hair smells wonderful today. Seriass." After a week of this, she can't stand it any longer. Precious marches into Essop Pahad's office, tells him about the "hair thing", and that she wants to file a sexual harassment suit against Thabo. Essop is puzzled, and struggles to understand what the problem is. He asks her, "What is sexually threatening about Thabo telling you that "Your hair smells nice?"
