Fat Free Yoghurt in South Africa is it a lie?

Q: My dad is a farmer and also have a lot of Jersey cows and Holsteins. Although he is not primarily a milk farmer he sells a lot of milk. Lately I see all the shops selling "fat free or low fat yoghurt", do you really believe that this helps with your diet? Don't you think the manufacturer is lying to you, because we make our own yoghurt with normal full cream milk, it hardly ever "works" if you put the milk through the seperator, that is the machine that seperates the cream from the milk. I think the manufacturer is lying to the consumer, if you can get fat free yoghurt why can't you get fat free butter? Any ideas?

A: Lulu there was an article in the Sunday Times today about the Dept of Health that is going to investigate basically everything eg. milk that is suppose to be good for your bones, yoghurt that is suppose to be good for your digestive system, calcium pills, things that makes you look young etc. They are basically going to determine if there is any truth to th advertising the producer puts on his product....if the pill says it will make your hair grow 20 cm in 20 weeks, then it better work exactly like that. Good thing. Well then hopefully your theory might be correct or false?
