How do non smokers motivate themselves to get out of bed in the early morning for work etc?

Q: Being an avid smoker myself, I find it pretty easy to get up in the mornings, as I know that my morning cup of cofee to be enjoyed in unison with my morning cigarrette awaits me, how do the non smokers motivate themselves to get out of bed or do they have more energy from not smoking? Hennie - Apologies on my atrocious spelling, let us hope I can improve over time, with your help of course.

A: It's called caffeine! I am an ex smoker (stopped for three years now) but due to recent stress have resorted to one or two ciggies in the evenings a few times a week. The mornings after I have had a ciggie, I feel like an elephant slept on my chest, it feels so tight. (and I used to smoke a pack a day!) So I do believe non smokers do have more energy. Could also be that I am not used to all that nicotine anymore.......
