Q: Does anybody know anything about instant skin sprays. I was in a bad scooter accident yesterday and I had a chunk of my arm scraped off. It was to big and wide to stitch up and they couldn't leave it open. The doctors sprayed this gel like thing on and I have a "fake" skin that covers the wound. You can hardly notice the difference where they sprayed. It is still sore but I have no wound. It is completely covered. I was told that I have to put sunblock on it everyday as the sun can change the colour. I think that this is amazing. I would normally have had to have skin graphs or a very bad scar. I was wondering if anybody knew anything about this as I can't find much on the internet. Do they use this anywhere else in the world? Hennie : I am very eina. More today than yesterday. Pixie - I don't live in SA. I live in Taiwan.

A: Here's a link to an SA health site. It's an article about this instant skin. Hope you recover soon. Don't know if this is exactly what you are looking for, but I hope it helps a little. http://www.health24.com/news/Skin_Hair/1-945,40866.asp
