A: Aristotle said, "It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it." To me that means that, yes, people can have their opinions but it's IMPOSSIBLE to believe it all yourself as well since so many people have conflicting opinions. Now respecting someone's opinions and allowing them to have them are relatively similiar. I respect people's opinions, and I'm not about to stop them from having them, but I don't always agree with them, but that doesn't mean I respect their right to have it, or their way of thinking.
