Q: We have two sets of new neighbours moving into our complex and I would like to make them feel welcome. Besides going over to introduce myself, do you think taking a small gift (eg some cookies) would be appropiate? I have a hidden agenda - the previous neighbours had parties every weekend with each other(doef doef music) so, when I introduce myself I would like to hint that the rest of us aren't too keen on parties (and being invited for sex as Theylie suggested). Plus it is also nice when you go away for the weekend to have someone "watch" your house for you.

A: Yes it is wise to know your neighbors - we don't visit, just talk when we see them outside, the new neighbors might appreciate some help, just ask them if you can help in any way
