A: What an excellent 'question' Totally unnecessary statement I can see exactly what they are pointing out but as you say why that last statement why not say, for instance, baby a) on the right facing and baby b) on the left facing . Yes if they want to categorise - stigmatise- whasotever then different cultures do have different qualities, whether positive or negative, but how stupid to make such a comment. The first baby may be calm leter the other screaming its just to point out one feeble charachteristic that shows the babies have a visual difference. They would not be in the news if they had not this difference, so it is emphatically pointing out the difference using a radist remark.
