A: Are you lost? Cape Verde is on the western side of the continent and a good deal farther north. Yahoo does not have a lot of African countries represented. I am going to guess you would do better going to the Algerian site - it's closer in proximity but I have no idea what the traffic between them is like - or to the the one called Other - Africa and Middle East. South Africa is..... well, it's South Africa, as in the most southerly place you can go in Africa. :o) Here is a map of Africa. http://www.africastay.com/africa_map.html Go way up the coast until you see Senegal. Cape Verde is out in the ocean just about where the first few letters of the word Senegal are. South Africa is way down near the bottom of the map.
