A: We left 10 years ago and it was the best choice we ever made. My kids have a much better future not only with education but with medical technology and no crime. They play in the street until it's dark, they ride their bikes with the neighbors . We don't lock our front door. My kids are growing up free. If you are thinking of wanting to know when to leave then it is time to leave. It is not easy. The first 2 or so years are very hard but looking back I am so glad we did it.
