Q: I'm alone with my 4 year old in the evenings. He left me his gun just in case. I don't know how I will react if someone will come into my home. If I shoot an intruder, will I be charged with murder and will my husband be in trouble if I used his gun?
A: In the times we are living I do not think you will get into trouble, it is called self defense, ( you are allowed to break the law to protect yourself and your little child) just make sure that you fire a warning shot first and then you shoot to disable the person, so that you have time to phone the police or the armed response.
