A: I live in Tnisian and the only insects that are "bad" around here are flies and mosquitoes. During the summer months we get a lot of both. Bring with you some bug repellent (the kind that you'd take if you were going camping, and you'll be fine. Tunisia is really beautiful and I hope that you enjoy your time here!
