A: Any currency is convertible - in certain places. Scottish pounds will be more widely accepted at banks English pounds and Euros will be accepted at banks, hotels, and the change counter at the airports. Some vendors might even bargain with you in the currency of the Euro. In my opinion, it would be best to bring Euros. Just a quick note: Tunisia is one of the few places in the world where you will get a better exchange rate at most hotels than you will a bank. Keep that in mind when you are changing your money.
