Q: We are only going for 1 week and staying in a 4* hotel.

A: No. There are no Required Vaccinations for travel to Tunisia unless you are coming from an area with Yellow Fever. Typhoid is only a recommended vaccine, but not necessary, especially since 99% of the population drinks bottled mineral water - although there is nothing wrong with the tap water either. When I moved from America to Tunisia I didn't take any vaccines and I was/am fine. You can read all the latest info on the website for the Centers for Disease Control. http://www.cdc.gov/travel/nafrica.htm#vaccines
