Q: What about a person that doesn't speak neither Arabic nor French (speaks English, of course), but would love to spend some time in Tunisia, a few months or more? What jobs are the most available, something in tourism and hospitality industry, I guess? Any advice?

A: As an American who lives in Tunisia I can tell you that finding a job here without the skill of being able to speak is near impossible. You would have to search out someone individually (very time consuming). All jobs require that you be able to communicate with the locals (meaning you must at least be able to speak French). I have a background in management in the hospitality/tourism frield but could not get a job when I first got here because I didn't know how to speak French at the time. Even the US Embassy requires that you be able to communicate in French to get a job there. I wish I could be of more help and give you the answer you want.
