Q: Hi I am planning on going to Sousse for Christmas and New Year and need to decide between the Tej Marhaba and the Hotel Marhaba and would be glad to hear opinions from people who know both. The Tej Marhaba is over 50% more expensive - is it worth it? AJ
A: Tej Marhaba is connected to the shopping center of the same name and is right in the heart of the touristic zone - close to things that most tourist like to be near, such as shopping, restaurants, the beach (although in December it's too cold for that!), discos, etc. If you are looking for something that puts you within walking distance to everything, this is a very good hotel to go to. Now, as for the Hotel Marhaba, you'll have to be more specific. The Mahaba hotel chain has 8 hotels. http://www.marhabahotels.com.tn/index_en.asp They are: *Tej Marhaba (you already named this one) *Marhaba Imperial *Marhaba Tour Khalef *Marhaba and Marhaba Club *Marhaba Salem *Marhaba Beach *Marhaba Palace *Marhaba Royal Salem As you can see, none of them are named strictly Hotel Marhaba.
