Q: I have a Shogun Equip and I want to drive to Tunisia on holiday. My insurance covers me to the port in Italy, but I am unable to get cover outside the EU. I have phoned around all the major Insurance companies and they laugh when I mention Africa. Any help gratefully accepted, starting to think it's impossible.
A: Have you looked into any insurances companies here in Tunisia? I'm sure that you could find one that would offer insurance. If you need the names of some companies, let me know. The only other suggestion would be to leave your car in Italy and rent a car here in Tunisia.
