How probable is it to see dolphins and sharks in 12 meters deep water in Monastir, Tunisia, in April?

Q:

A: You chance is absolutely zero. Dolphins and sharks are not that close in to the shore. My family takes a boat out all the time during the summers. My husband dives, and the kids and I swim. We are in waters at least 15-20 meters deep - plenty far off from shore - and have NEVER seen sharks or dolphins. In fact, my husband has lived in Monastir for 16 years and hasn't seen a shark or dolphin. My guess would be that you would have more chances of seeing them either in Bizerte (the northern most Tunisian city, AND the northern most part of the continent of Africa), or the Isle of Djerba.
