A: I tried to fit it all in but my post was too long and more than half of it got cut of!! lol So, I'll provide you with links to answers I have given that should be able to help answer some basic things. About the country and people: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Aj_clYc2PBUOf61tKRu3Fi8H7RR.;_ylv=3?qid=20071229115755AAJ5cmE About the money (include a link to see what Tunisian Currency looks like): http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AmZYIpj6g3lwHv.22QbR3aUH7RR.;_ylv=3?qid=20080124050138AAxPVf1 About shopping and bargaining: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Arajc1L7HfHa4liSALKxYDIH7RR.;_ylv=3?qid=20080102220238AAi70mg April here in Tunisia is spring time. During this time Tunisia goes through a lot of weather changes, like most places. One day sunny (not hot though - you still need a coat or light jacket depending on the temperature and wind), and one day rainy or foggy. To be fully prepared for the changing weather in April, I would suggest you bring some long sleeved (not too hot) & short sleeved shirts, some pants, shorts, a bathing suit (at the minimum you could swim in the hotel pool if the Sea is still too cold for your liking), a sweater or a light jacket, and an umbrella. The nights can sometimes be chilly due to the humidity which makes the cold go straight to the bone and makes it feel colder than it really is, so I would also suggest bringing something warm to sleep in at nights. For temperatures you could check this site as it gets closer to your arrival day for up to date info: http://weather.yahoo.com/regional/TSXX.html (I gave the link to the whole of Tunisia because I don't know what city you will be staying in.) You can click to see temperatures in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Another fun site to view is: http://www.weather2travel.com/climate-guides/index.php?country=tunisia It gives the averages on different things from outside temperature to Sea temperature to hours of sunlight and more for different parts of Tunisia. Temperatures are listed in Celsius, but to view them in Fahrenheit, just hover your mouse over the temperature you would like to see.
