anyone been to sidi fredj, kerkennah?

Q: I'm going to Kerkennah in July. Can you give me some advice on what to take with me e.g. currency. Any information on the resort will be useful too! I have read that it's ultimate relaxation which is good. And that the sea is very shallow. Past experiences or anyone who knows Kerkennah (Tunisia) well please help! Thank you in advance

A: If you go walk about in the town make sure you don't show too much flesh.... There are a few IDIOTS living there who seem very happy to make trouble for you.... They will more than likely want to have a fight with any Men that you are with, as they will use the excuse that your flesh has offended them. Funny lot the Tunisian people. My Neighbours went there for there honeymoon and had a dreadful time... She was spat on for warring shorts, and he was punched for letting his wife walk in front of him. If I were you I would go some where where the western person is liked .... Like Spain or Greece etc Good luck.
