A: Seriously, for a family of three, I would suggest that a minimum salary of 20,000 Dhs per month would make your life alot easier in Dubai. The cost of living has risen sharply over the last few years. If you do not need to pay for accommodation out of this amount, the 10,000 is OK. If you need to pay rent for an apartment or villa, then forget it. Average Dubai rent for a two bedroom apartment in a decent part of town will cost you at least 7,000-8,000 Dhs per month.
