Q: i've seen many 5 star hotels, but lot of hotels on travel and living seem much cooler..furthermore, i though i'd heard of 7 star hotels before the burj al arab, hence the question.. plz enlighten me
A: The 7 or 6 star ratings do not officially exist - the highest rating that can be given to a hotel is 5 stars. There are a couple hotels rating theirselves as 7 stars hotels. In Bangladore, Pakistan, Italy, Kish, Philippines, etc. Different countries go by different standards. I do not know why many people getting so crazy about the Burj Al Arab. There are much nicer places than this. Take care.
