A: For sure. If you want to change your job now, you for sure will get the 6 months ban unless your company provides you with a NOC. You even might receive a 1 year ban if you breach the Law by not fulfilling your contract in case you signed a limited contract. Your present company also might file in for compensation and you have to pay a so called: "not fulfilling one year fee", for leaving your company whithout staying with them for at least one year (unlimited contract). Do you really think it's fair to sign a contract first, have the company bear all the visa costs and then leave this company without working for them for a while? Do you know how much your company just paid for you?
