Q: with out ac can we live in dubai
A: No way! Last year when the ac shut down in Sharjah a couple of times people slept in their running cars. It will not cool off a bit in the summer time. Also the inside of the appartment will get to humid and mess up your furniture. Unless you live in a traditional house with wind towers the answer is a plain NO. Take care.
