Q: I live in Vancouver Canada and I call Dubai UAE all the time, I'm looking for the cheap long distance provider available to me. Hopefully one with a flat rate. Skype doesn't include UAE niether does Vonage, so I don't know what to do.
A: I didn't know that about Skype. I live in Dubai and call the US all the time. That's a total bummer!!
